    This hotel exceeded high expectations in every way, strongly recommend. The weather was lovely, had such great stay with suggestions on things to do during our stay. Location: the venue was so close to restaurant in Prague, Close to Charles Bridge and the city's castle. Got an enjoyable breakfast included.

    great experience but slight room for improvement

    The staff's attention to detail was amazing, especially Roman's warm greetings every time we returned to the hotel! The housekeeping service was also excellent, catering to our preferences like no other hotel. The view from our Superior King Room was fine, offering good cityscapes that enriched our stay.

    The check-in process felt slightly rushed despite the lovely ambiance.

    The Four Seasons in Prague is right in the city center. My Beautiful King Room had amazing views of the Charles Bridge. The room was spacious, and the decor felt luxurious. The staff were attentive. They went out of their way to meet our requests. I enjoyed early breakfast in the fine restaurant, where everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. The outdoor terrace was perfect for evening cocktails. One thing I noticed was the high room service costs, which seemed a bit steep. There were occasional delays in service during busy hours. These were minor compared to the positive aspects. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the attention to detail in the flower arrangements around the lobby gave a lovely touch to the atmosphere. I can see why this place is well recommended. Just be aware of the pricing for dining. It's definitely on the high side.

    Spotless trendy boutique hotel with truly wonderful and welcoming staff. Great and unbeatable location a 10-15 minute walk from a historic square. Beautiful area just off the Vitava and Charles Bridge and the cozy restaurant.

    Nice staff, good room but not very clean

    Breakfast very expensive and very very poor, only 1 type of bread, not a 5star hotel breakfast. And the in room breakfast was miserable 30€ for 2 toast um cup of coffee and a cup is orange... it could be 30€ but a good value for money and it isn't.

    The spa treatments were out of this world. The cozy vitality pool was a great way to unwind after a day out. My room was spacious and the bed felt super luxurious. I even got a special little chocolate gift at check-in! Highly recommend reserving a river room for unbeatable views.
